Theory About People.

I have had this idea in my head for a long time and I thought I would share it with whoever reads this (probably just Alicia). I don't really think this is true, but I think if God made people by punching different numbers into a form that this is how he might do it.

Ok so the theory could work two ways, in way one everybody is different but equal, in way two everybody is different but some people are better than other people. Let's assume that in both ways there is a number attributed to every aspect of a person including, but not limited to; looks, personality, athletic ability, intelligence, etc... (if you think of any more leave them in the comments section). Now someone or something just has to decide what is considered a good or bad trait.

In Way One everybody has the same amount of total points therefore everybody is equal, but because their points are separated into categories differently, everyone is different.

In Way Two some people have more total points to divide into their categories. This makes them overall a better person. I am inclined to go with this made up theory because of what I will explain in my last paragraph.

In the case of athletic ability that is an easy task, the more points someone has the faster they can run, the more they can lift, whatever. Intelligence is easy too, Einstein and Edison have very high scores, the guy that had to use Google to remember who invented the light bulb has a significantly lower score.

Personality however must be divided into many sub-categories such as amount of; openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. This is the area that complicates the whole theory. Because there are pros and cons of being on either end of each of these traits it could be possible that a person's personality does not have any factor in the overall points scheme of each person. Or, all factors in the personality category could be factored into a number that represents the overall desirableness of a certain personality set (I told you it complicated it).

There are definitely possibilities for more categories. Some I have been thinking about are; personal experiences, background, ethnicity (I'm not using this to say white people are better, just a thought), or wealth. These all could also be ways of earning or losing points. For example; a positive experience could earn you a point towards your personality, or coming from a wealthy background could possibly start you off with more or less points in the looks category.

Anyways, if you thought this was interesting please comment and tell me your ideas.

Every Time I Die and Architects show W/ Bring me the Horizon and Oh Sleeper

Sadly, when the crowd "gave it up for" the upcoming bands the response for Bring me the Horizon was way louder than for ETID. ETID was so much better! (imo) They were so tight live as was Architects, and their fans actually knew how to dance (much better ratio of dancers:push-moshers, Chad wouldn't have gotten mad). Just sayin.

BMTH did redeem themselves though. They told people to get on stage to stage dive. Their fans got pretty annoying though. They would come on and go hug the vocalist and take his mic for way longer than was necessary. Or they would just stand up there and look retarded. In between 2 of their songs some kid came on stage asking for the vocalists autograph! :/ They finally had to resort to just pushing people off the stage much to the surprise of their clueless fans.

Oh and shows are getting way to expensive, especially at House of Blues. The real price of a pre-sold ticket online (after all the "convenience" charges and credit card charges) was $28! Luckily I got mine buy 1 get 1 free which is how much the tickets should've been originally.

First real post. I guess I'll start by telling some about my summer.

I started off summer with the funnest tour I've ever been on with some of the coolest people ever; Syrens, Senators, and Cute as a Button. We played 2 house shows which I learned was the second best kind of show closely following outdoor shows in a park (pic). The venue we were supposed to play at was going to shut down our show unless they knew the could make over $100 and they were only going to give us like an hour and a half to play. So, we decided to go play at this park that overlooks Muskogee, OK.

Mid June. Friends from New Orleans flew up to visit friends in Oklahoma and stayed at my house. This was a fun week! The highlights were people falling off the zipline in our backyard, driving down to falls creek, getting fried pies at the falls creek exit, and eating lots of good food.

Early July. Cornerstone was fun. The best shows I saw were: Advent, Austrian Death Machine, and The Chariot.

Mid July. Tour with Fit For a King. Had alot of fun, made some friends and inside jokes and unfortunately had to drop off the tour about a week and a half in. Highlights included getting their van stuck in Ashley, MO and king cake at my house. Ask me if you want the recipe for the king cake, it's really good.

Late July - Mid September. I feel like I'm foretting something but this is what I remember. Living at home mostly. Practicing with the band and writing some new music. I bought an rv in Tulsa and brought it down. It needs a lot of work before it is livable but that's what I hope to do soon. I started a small business just building cases and pedal boards and stuff and spent 2 weeks working on my first guitar case and cab/head/rack case. There's pictures of everything I've done on my myspace. Message me if you're interested myspace.com/kenscustomstuff.

Late September. I headed off to New Orleans which is where I am right now writing this. I told Alicia (my gf if you didn't know) that I would be there on Monday and decided to drive up Sunday to surprise her. Well when I was about ten minutes away I told her I wouldn't be there till Tuesday. So as I'm texting her telling her this I get to Angela's house where they're all hanging out. She's standing in the living room trying to figure out a remote control when I walk right by her! As everybody's staring at her Alex says "seriously Alicia!?" So Alicia turns around and gets really surprised that I'm standing right there. The end.

Right now. I'm sitting at Angela's house where I'm staying in the kitchen and looking at the rain, cool.
