Theory About People.

I have had this idea in my head for a long time and I thought I would share it with whoever reads this (probably just Alicia). I don't really think this is true, but I think if God made people by punching different numbers into a form that this is how he might do it.

Ok so the theory could work two ways, in way one everybody is different but equal, in way two everybody is different but some people are better than other people. Let's assume that in both ways there is a number attributed to every aspect of a person including, but not limited to; looks, personality, athletic ability, intelligence, etc... (if you think of any more leave them in the comments section). Now someone or something just has to decide what is considered a good or bad trait.

In Way One everybody has the same amount of total points therefore everybody is equal, but because their points are separated into categories differently, everyone is different.

In Way Two some people have more total points to divide into their categories. This makes them overall a better person. I am inclined to go with this made up theory because of what I will explain in my last paragraph.

In the case of athletic ability that is an easy task, the more points someone has the faster they can run, the more they can lift, whatever. Intelligence is easy too, Einstein and Edison have very high scores, the guy that had to use Google to remember who invented the light bulb has a significantly lower score.

Personality however must be divided into many sub-categories such as amount of; openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. This is the area that complicates the whole theory. Because there are pros and cons of being on either end of each of these traits it could be possible that a person's personality does not have any factor in the overall points scheme of each person. Or, all factors in the personality category could be factored into a number that represents the overall desirableness of a certain personality set (I told you it complicated it).

There are definitely possibilities for more categories. Some I have been thinking about are; personal experiences, background, ethnicity (I'm not using this to say white people are better, just a thought), or wealth. These all could also be ways of earning or losing points. For example; a positive experience could earn you a point towards your personality, or coming from a wealthy background could possibly start you off with more or less points in the looks category.

Anyways, if you thought this was interesting please comment and tell me your ideas.

Being "created equal" does have to necessarily mean that all the qualities of being human; need to be equal between all humans, but that it could be that the process of doing the creating was done equally.

Good point Danny.

Nope! The closest think I've taken would be intro to psychology and that was pretty interesting except for all the memorizing.
